Andy Miller, President, is an executive with a twenty-five year track record of success in exceeding operational and financial challenges of high growth organizations. Andrew has held a variety of key positions in a variety of companies ranging from a start ups to Fortune 500 company and has extensive experience in Home Medical Equipment, Home Infusion Therapy, Rehab Mobility and Home Health. Andrew holds a BS degree in Business Administration from Columbia Southern University.

Carmen Davies, COO, with over 25 years in the healthcare industry, Carmen’s experience includes strategic planning, acquisitions and integrations, reimbursement, operations, and continuous improvement. She excels in developing and leading management teams, and has been recognized in the industry as successful in business unit turnarounds and critical margin improvements.

Before joining Total, Carmen was the Regional Vice President of Respiratory Services at Walgreens, where she had also been Director of Reimbursement and Director of Operations. Prior to Walgreens, Carmen served as Corporate Director of Reimbursement for Air Products Healthcare, in addition to being the Area Manager for its subsidiary Dependicare. Carmen also founded BCS, Billing and Consulting Services, Inc., which provided billing services for small DME companies. Additionally, she was the Regional Reimbursement Manager for Apria Healthcare.

Carmen has served as a board member for numerous state healthcare-related organizations, as well as being a ten-year-plus member of the Medicare Region B Council. 

Cathy Cupp, General Counsel, Cathy serves as General Counsel and Secretary of the Board of Managers for Total Home Health. She is responsible for the legal matters of the company, including all contracts. Before joining THH, Cathy has held previous general counsel positions including General Counsel and Secretary for Enesco, LLC and Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Galileo International and was a participating partner at the Chicago law firm Chapman and Cutler. While at Galileo, Cathy was a founding member and board member of ITAC, the International Trade Association of CRSs (computer reservation systems).  Cathy holds a BA degree from Purdue University and a JD degree from the Valparaiso University School of Law.

Board of Managers

Rob Lange, Chairman, CEO, is a long time investor in the company and now presides as CEO.  Rob recently led a recapitalization of the company, which has revenue, net income, and cash back on a solid trend, including based on some great operational improvements led by Andy and his team. These seemingly disconnected facts become relevant when you see that we are transforming THH through people, process, and technological improvements, and we can make these investments, as well as investments in expansion, due to the improved capital structure and bank relationships Rob has built.

Rob has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo – School of Business concentrating in Management Information Systems.

Roger Miller, Board Member, is the Chief Marketing Officer - Shield Healthcare where he is responsible for strategic and tactical marketing; sales and national growth strategies; business development, including mergers and acquisitions; e-commerce.  Formerly Roger served as the President of LynxIT Solutions and prior to that he held positions as: Chief Operating Officer - Air Products Healthcare, Global Product Manager - Air Products Healthcare, President - Dependicare Home Health, President and principal of this home healthcare company in the clinical respiratory therapy and home medical equipment market.

Roger is a graduate of Gettysburg College with a Bachelor of Arts in math and economics.  He earned an MBA in marketing from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business.

Richard Bison, Board Member, is a business and systems consultant and small business owner with a background that includes positions at Ernst & Young, James Martin and Co. and currently his own firm, Bison Consulting Group.  Throughout his career Richard has helped business unit managers to improve workflow by enabling a better use of technology.

Richard has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in finance from Villanova University.  He earned an MBA in Information Systems Managment from George Washington University.
